Yes, as best as able.

2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
No. This boat is probably the worst condition boat I have rented in 10 years. Especially for a 2020 boat.

3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
No, we had get the DYC staff to come up with pots and pans, a blender, toaster, forks, inverter, and more.

4. Was the boat well ventilated?
No, no shore power avail as the boat is 220, generator quit working on day 6.

5. Did the staff at Dream Yacht Charters do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes

6. Did you like the area you cruised?
The USVI is ok. But its a struggle anywhere with the “Rona”

7. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
Get rid of this boat.

staff was fine - although they were short staffed

was not very clean inside and out

yes - excellent

both forward cabins smelled like sewage

although the person responsible for familiarizing me with the boat was jovial, he knew nothing about the boat and missed many important features

yes

the boat had a significant electronic issue with the Bilge alarm.

One helm was squeaky and a bit loose, floor in forward head was cracked, and just a few other things on the boat that were “tired.”

The staff was very helpful and responsive. We unfortunately had a lot of rain during our week but still had a great time nonetheless!

Absolutely!! Can't say enough good things about Cameron and Jadda!

Catamaran was awesome and very comfortable. Love the BALI 4.8 Layout and lounge areas

Catamaran was great with airflow and AC used when needed via generator

4. Was the food good and well presented?
Food was varied, healthy, well presented and super tasty for all meals

Love the Exuma's and would recommend to anyone

Emily did a great job on short notice to help me find the best boat and crew! Best trip!!!

I highly recommend choosing Belle Vie Catamaran in the Exuma's with Cameron and Jadda. Hands down one of the best trips we have taken and that says a lot considering we have been all over the world and have already done a previous catamaran trip. Great boat, great destinations in the Exuma's with fantastic Marine and island life, fantastic crew that connected so well to my entire family and made the trip so fantastic. Sharks, huge spotted eagle rays, hammerhead, Manta rays, octopus, lobsters caught and eaten for dinner, numerous turtles, fish of incredible variety etc, etc!!!! Don't hesitate!!! Book with them!

This isn’t a glowing review, but because of the COVID19 issues and that this boat was being in the BVI for 6-8 months without any attention is the real issue. I think the staff at DYC (Compass Point) did the best they could with what they were dealing with I. The limited time they had to turn this boat around.

Our week aboard Abundance with Blaine and Siobhan was absolutely amazing. From minute 1 they did everything possible to pamper us. They learnt all about our likes and preferences in advance, and then absolutely customized everything (from itinerary, to activities to food and drinks!) to make it just perfect. Siobhan is an excellent chef and made each meal delicious and different, while Blaine made us 'surprise drinks' that were amazing every time. They always had a suggestion for a fun activity (like incredible snorkeling, a pretty hike, tubing or visiting a secluded beach), including teaching us how to play many card games in the evenings! The boat is new and shiny, and super comfortable (roomy bedrooms with amazing mattresses and pillows, super comfy poufs in the bow to lounge while sailing,..) and we had fun with all the toys and equipment, like the paddleboards or the tube. We cannot recommend it enough, and hope to be back on Abundance for our next sailing adventure!

The charter and crew were great - one suggestion is to get better water toys - the 2 stand up paddleboards did not fully inflate (due to a loose valve we were told) so those were extremely hard/impossible to stand up on. Also, on the 1st day of charter before departure, getting fueled up took several hours and waiting for that, off the boat, was inconvenient. Charles and Ashley made the charter memorable!
