We had a couple of calls into the charter company for items needing assistance while on our trip. They were very responsive and sent out a chaser boat to take care of our issues in a timely manner.

Yes, the accommodations were fantastic and the crew kept the boat in great shape.

Captain Andre and Chef Romic were absolutely amazing. They worked very well together and went above and beyond on numerous occasions to make it a comfortable and wonderful charter.
Was the food good and well presented?
The food was fantastic and looked even better than it tasted. Chef Romic is extremely talented and easy to work with as far as accommodating our tastes and wants for our culinary experience.
8. Additional comments about the yacht and crew?
Fantastic, fantastic experience. We could have been sailing in the worst place imaginable and the captain and chef would have made it an enjoyable trip.

Chef was amazing, always plenty of choices, she did an amazing job

We chartered the Starry Night and had an unbelievable experience. Captain Murray and Chef Tiggs were incredible — always surprising us and anticipating our every need. It truly was a vacation of a lifetime.
The only thing that could have been improved were the bed pillows — but honestly, that’s a very small detail compared to how amazing everything else was.

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Very! We had booked a sleep aboard and they had the boat ready for us 4 hours earlier than expected and we're super helpful at checkin.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
We had aan incredible skipper that took care of everything for us.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes, it was perfect.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes

The BVI was just absolutely magical.
Would you like to share your itinerary or a vacation highlight with us?
We had a 6 day charter starting in Road Town, Tortola and were able to visit many islands including Norman, Cooper, Virgin Gorda, and Jost Van Dykes. There were too many highlights to mention, but to name a few we really enjoyed:
- Jumping at Willy T's and dinner
- Snorkeling at the Indians and The Caves
- Fishing off the boat and grilling our catch
- Feeding tarpon at Saba Rock
- Getting to swim with a pod of wild dolphins!
- The incredible food at Pirate's Bight, CocoMaya, and eating fresh lobsters
- The hike to the Bubbly Pool, and
- Hanging at the Soggy Dollar
The boat we chartered was just perfect for our group, the staff at BVI Yacht Charters were all so helpful, and Captain Amal went above and beyond to make our experience magical. It will be tough to ever top this vacation in the BVI!

It is our pleasure to keep you informed of relevant specials / updates for your next charter. When do you plan to charter next?
This group is thinking about another charter either next year or the year after. Initial thoughts are BVI’s again or maybe Saint Vincent. Would charter companies be willing to provide a charter discount if we commit sooner?
