1. Were the staff at Dream Yacht Charters friendly and accommodating?
yes but office staff unfamiliar with some questions upon arrive such as recommended sail itinerary. I was incorrectly told that is the responsibility of the charterer. This led to some worry during my overnight stay at the dock. F0ortunately they were wrong and there was a good chart briefing the next morning.
2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
yes except at the dock the engine was running and the dock power line was not installed. No one came by that night to answer any questions. I had to call technical support by phone to find out how to shut down the engine, that there was no shore power, and no shore power line.
3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
yes except more than one trash bag should be provided in galley
4. Was the boat well ventilated?
yes
5. Did the staff at Dream Yacht Charters do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
The next morning we had an excellent equipment and chart briefing by a fellow named "Will." There should have been some one the night before to make sure we were settled and initial trouble shooting when we were dropped at the yacht at 5:30.

There was a quarter tank of fuel in the dinghy when we left the dock. There were no navigational charts in the nav station until I asked for them. When our dinghy engine malfunctioned there was no attempt to run a new one out to us on St John. I was given step by step instructions to repair myself such as remove and clean spark plug, etc which i had never done before and don't want to learn on a 7 day vacation. The level of customer service was less than I am accustom to with Moorings and Sunsail but I do understand the pandemic isa a significant factor. I would charter once more with Dream Yacht Charter during non pandemic conditions and hope that I would find smooth sailing

Mandy and Joe were amazing hosta, they were so friendly and accommodated to each of our needs.
2. Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
The Kuma Too was absolutely comfortable and very clean. Our bes were made daily and trash removed.
3. Was the yacht well ventilated?
The Virgin Island breeze was great during the day and air conditioning nice for sleeping.
4. Was the food good and well presented?
Mandy and Joe provided freshly cooked and delicious meals. The presentation was lovely,

Each day we snorkeled the reefs. There were many beautiful colorful fish and sea turtles. We even did a little hike in the National park,

An absolute dream vacation! Flo and Phil could not have been better hosts and the food was amazing. Every meal was plated beautifully and tasted delicious! Deep Blue was updated and a very comfortable boat to spend a week sailing around paradise. Phil is a very knowledgeable captain and took us to really beautiful places around St. John. While Flo was a incredible dive instructor that showed us some great spots and was very patient with us as we were all fairly new divers. Really can't say enough about this couple and this boat! We are already trying to figure out dates for next years trip!

Palm Cay is fantastic, and the exumas are really special. The bail 4.3 powercat is amazing, and with only 4 of us on board we had plenty of room.

Sy & Kara sent us detailed menus, which were much more helpful than the food preference form that we received your company. In fact your preference sheet form had very general questions that didn't always apply to our group.

Sy and Kara Hubert made our charter experience truly amazing. They are genuine hospitality professionals who care about every detail and who continually strive to improve their craft. My family rated this experience as our best-ever trip. The USVI's waters were pristine, and our experiences hiking and snorkeling was better than we expected. What elevated our experience from great to exceptional was Sy and Kara. They are fun, engaging, interesting and they catered to our every need. We highly recommend the Hubert's!
