1. Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
We had Randeen & alan as crew. They were amazing and extremely accomodating
2. Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
yes, it was very comfortable and clean
3. Was the yacht well ventilated?
Every cabin had multiple vents to allow fresh air into your cabin and Alan always made sure we had a breeze.
4. Was the food good and well presented?
Food was incredible. Randeen is an amazing chef. Everything was delicious and very well presented.
5. Did you like the area you sailed?
yes, the USVI was wonderful. Alan found several amazing places.
6. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
No, everything went well overall given the circumatances.

Randeen, Alan, and the boat were amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were extremely gracious and accommodating. They wanted to make sure that every little thing was perfect. We would sail with them anytime.

1. Were the staff at Navigare friendly and accommodating?
The staff of Navigare were great. Very friendly and very accommodating. Travel during pandemic was not an easy decision, but Navigare made it very joyful.
2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Moana is a beautiful boat. Modern, comfortable, clean, well maintained.
3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
It was very well equiped.
4. Was the boat well ventilated?
It was. Only missed the port “bimini closure” so when it rained it was difficult to be out in the cockpit because everything got wet. I made the guys aware so it should be fixed.
5. Did the staff at Navigare do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
They did. Very helpful, patient and accommodating.
6. Did you like the area you cruised?
I did. Beautiful islands, beaches, good mooring availability, good itinerary recommendations.
7. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
Not that I can imagine.

It was an amazing experience and adventure since the dat we started exploring our charter possibilities with Navigare. All our doubts were responded timely, we received lots of material to prepare our cruise with lots of time in advance, they have great concierges, all the information received and recommendations for toy rentals and other services worked well too.

1. Were the staff at The Moorings Power friendly and accommodating?
Yes. The staff both in office and on the dock were very helpful.
2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
The yacht was clean. Generally speaking the yacht ran great! The one issue we had was the a/c units on the port and starboard cabins shutting down in the middle of the night. We found out during our sleepover that one of the shore power breakers had tripped during the night. We didn't find our until we returned on August 9th and went to connect to shore power again that one of the cord end plugs had a short and actually burned it. The crew dock crew did get another cord within a couple of hours. At anchor the port and starboard a/c ports shutdown at least five of the nights we were out. The cabin fans worked but the heat became stifling unless we opened the bedroom cabin doors to get some cooling from the salon unit. I tried turning off the salon unit and just running the two side units. It worked well for two nights but then shut down in the middle of the night once again. Then had to turn on the main a/c and open cabin doors again
3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes. The units all worked fine
4. Was the boat well ventilated?
See above. We did open the individual cabin overhead portholes at night to try to get more ventilation
5. Did the staff at The Moorings Power do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yep. He did a great job on the check out. I'm sorry that I didn't write down his name. He was very thorough
6. Did you like the area you cruised?
Yes. Did the usual circuit and went out to Anegada for two days. Kind of sad that we were generally at the anchorages with only one or two boats. At the same time it was an amazing experience to essentially have most of the BVI to ourself
7. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
I appreciate all that you did to set up the cruise. And the updates as to timeline docs and issues were very helpful. We basically had an all new crew so your yacht planning guide was a valuable resource in helping explain the various aspects of what they could expect and how to prepare for the trip. The links to water sports rentals, provisioning and wi fi were all hepfull

Phil and Flo were amazing. Their personalities matched ours perfectly and it was a joy to spend a week with them. They are laid back and calm and goofy yet make sure everything is taken care of. It was like spending a week with good friends and not uncomfortable from the first moment to the last. Phil was so great about teaching us about sailing and the sailing life. The sail from St. Thomas to St. Croix and back was our favorite part and the crew had just as much fun as we did. We hope to see them again and will be keeping in touch.
