1. Were the staff at Navigare friendly and accommodating?
Given the Covid restrictions, they were above and beyond accomodating

2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Perfect, no issues with the boat

3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes. Could use a larger outdoor grill.

4. Was the boat well ventilated?
Yes

5. Did the staff at Navigare do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
There was no in person briefing, there was a series of videos covering all the systems and operation. We did have some questions prior to departure and they were answered.

6. Did you like the area you cruised?
Heaven on earth

7. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
Thrown in a second week at half off.

1. Were the staff at TMM Tortola friendly and accommodating?
Yes, very friendly and accommodating. Sandra and Marty plus the rest were helpful and all smiles 🙂

2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes it was. The heads were a little smelly but probably not properly flushed from the last charter.

3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
More than sufficient, we had everything that we needed and more. Even an Insta-Pot!

4. Was the boat well ventilated?
Yes

5. Did the staff at TMM Tortola do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes they did, extremely informative.

6. Did you like the area you cruised?
Of Course, we were in the BVIs!!

No, you all did such an amazing job!

Yes we found the yacht in good condition with ACs and galley working well.

3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Not all the stove's burners worked but the kitchen was well equipped and we cooked regularly.

4. Was the boat well ventilated?
Yes.

5. Did the staff at Navigare do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes they were helpful and informative.

6. Did you like the area you cruised?
We're familiar with the islands having lived there for many years. We're just happy to be there.

1. Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Andre and Allison were very accommodating made us feel as if it was our home

2. Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Turquoise Turtle had a great trampoline with pads for laying out/sleeping and the bean bags were a big hit with everyone. The outdoor salon was a favorite area due to fresh air, space and comfort.

3. Was the yacht well ventilated?
We had nights where we used blankets even with 75+ degree (F) nights due to great circulation through the cabins.

4. Was the food good and well presented?
Allison is a great chef and we enjoyed the variety, flavor and presentation.

5. Did you like the area you sailed?
From St Martin to St Barths and back, we stayed at a different anchorage every night - thoroughly enjoyed all of it.

6. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
Given our last minute change of destination due to Covid restrictions, we relied more on the crew than on VI sailing for St Martin expertise in an ever evolving environment. However, VI Sailing and the crews work very well together and I always got my questions answered timely.

Andre and Allison always have ideas but do a great job reading the cues of the guests - whether we just want to relax, or be more adventurous. When it comes to learning about the ocean and all it has to offer, I've never met 2 people as knowledgeable as Andre & Allison. My family of 4 enjoyed the scuba diving and snorkeling and have never had better dive masters.

This was our first charter family vacation and wished we had done it sooner! It was the best family vacation we ever experienced. For the first time, as parents, we were not exhausted after the vacation for having to plan daily excursions and meals throughout the trip. Captain Wouts was incredible with our three teen boys. He kept them busy everyday. His patience and thoughtfulness with teaching the boys how to wakeboard was a highlight. Captains daily excursions were out of this world! He knew all the special spots and was able to get us in and out well before the tourist crowds. He was so kind and willing to answer all our yachting questions…as we are planning on purchasing a similar boat when we retire. Chef/Crew Kelly was equally remarkable. Her food was out of this world! My picky boys cleaned their plate every single meal! She and Wouts kept our drinks full, bellies filled and memories over-flowing. By the end of the trip, they felt like family and it was hard to say goodbye. I cannot recommend this Crew enough for a family experience that will last a lifetime!
