They were fantastic.

2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Kind of - Biggest problem was the boat that we had been promised and advertised, we were told has been out of their fleet for OVER A YEAR!

3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
yes

4. Was the boat well ventilated?
pretty good - little mildew smell, not bad or unexpected.

5. Did the staff at Navigare do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
yes

6. Did you like the area you cruised?
YES

7. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
YES - they could have not offered us a vessel that was not available - very disappointing.

Overall Navigare did a fantastic job handling the situation of us being promised a vessel and a vessel layout that wasn't available.LUCKILY we had 3 boats in our group and we were able to move them around to accommodate. This did cause a HUGE issue when we first arrived and my party spent almost 45mins sweating and moving stuff from one vessel to another. This was NOT navigates fault, this was VI sailings. Overall experience a 5(once problems resolved) - being mislead was not okay.

1. Were the staff at Dream Yacht Charters friendly and accommodating?
They were friendly but very unresponsive when we had issues with our Boat which was the backup to the backup of the boat we chartered

2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
It was clean, Generator broke, one of the propane tanks were empty, the dingy outboard motor was in bad need of repairs, the dump tank at the stern head had not been emptied prior to us sailing, the gas tank was at 3/4 full

3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes

4. Was the boat well ventilated?
There were no air scoops, and our generator broke on day 5 so no AC which caused our sailing to end 2 1/2 days early. We called/texted Dream Yacht no less than 8 times with zero response

5. Did the staff at Dream Yacht Charters do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
B+

6. Did you like the area you cruised?
Yes

7. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
We almost called but after 8+ attemps to get someone from Dream Yacht to come service the generator so we could have AC at night we gave up

Yes!!! They were super nice, chill, laid back and always with a smile!!

2. Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Gorgeous and clean!! Patti also made the beds and took our bathroom trash. The inside and outside boat was always sparkling clean!!

3. Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes!!! Great for sleeping. The air was always on at night and during the day we had the best breezes and best water to swim in!!

4. Was the food good and well presented?
Pattis food was OVERTHE TOP AMAZING. Every single meal was super delicious. We have so many favorites. Super good. Better than restaurant.

5. Did you like the area you sailed?
Every spot was super beautiful, calm coves, beautiful beaches, lots to snorkel and a few hiking places

6. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
No. Every was 5 star all the way

Patti and bryan are the best kept secret of USVI. They should be well known and constantly booked. Food, experience, personality, they were amazing with our teenagers, and with us. Best family trip ever!!
