1. Were the staff at TMM Tortola friendly and accommodating?
Absolutely, Nicole and Henning were extremely helpful and Joyce was very Friendly.

2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes

3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Could use a few sharper knives. Coffee pot should be a permanent accessory, but Nicole was able to place one on boat for charter. Tbe coffee drinkers thank her!!

4. Was the boat well ventilated?
Yes

5. Did the staff at TMM Tortola do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
In 20 years, was one of the better briefings.

6. Did you like the area you cruised?
Yes

7. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
You were all wonderful, as always especially as rebooking took place thru covid.

1. Were the staff at Dream Yacht Charters friendly and accommodating?
Yes. They were very helpful. Stefan gave us the boat briefing and chart briefing. His was the most thorough briefing I’ve had. He also took the time to help us plan our route.

2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes. All systems worked well

3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
It was typical for a charter. We brought our own chef knife, brownie pan and metal scouring pad.

4. Was the boat well ventilated?
Yes but we brought our own wind scoop which made a huge difference

5. Did the staff at Dream Yacht Charters do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Absolutely

6. Did you like the area you cruised?
Definitely

Antigua was a surprise as to how great a destination it was. We were only there 6 days and had many more destinations we could have visited. The residents were very friendly and you can tell the island supports a big sailing community. We will be back

1. Were the staff at VI Yacht Charters friendly and accommodating?
Yes - they were great

2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
For a charter boat, yes. We had to get the generator worked on and we had to replace the filter in the water maker. Otherwise, there were only minor problems.

3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes, except it could use a few more dinner utensils and plastic glasses.

4. Was the boat well ventilated?
Yes.

5. Did the staff at VI Yacht Charters do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes. Scooby did an excellent job. I have done 16 charters and this was the best boat briefing I have had.

6. Did you like the area you cruised?
Yes. The USVI is great. Not as many anchorages as the BVI, but some of the most beautiful in the lesser antilles.

7. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
Everyone did a great job. The hand off from Joann to the Concierge team was a bit unclear as to who was now doing what.

Yes, although we were at CYOA instead of Navigare. The marina was close to the airport so a short drive.

2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes it was very clean and a nice boat.

3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes, but likely our captain did the cooking do didn’t have to worry about figuring it out.

4. Was the boat well ventilated?
Yes

5. Did the staff at Navigare do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
They did it with our captain.

6. Did you like the area you cruised?
Yes, it was beautiful.

7. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
No, y’all were amazing and helped us rebook due to covid and then helped find an amazing captain when ours had to back out.

I would suggest adding a Yeti cooler. The ice chest provided did not keep ice frozen so we kept it in the fridge instead. Either add a yeti or an ice maker. We can’t thank Melody enough for finding Andre! He was fantastic!!

Captain Nick and Chef Kate were very friendly and skillfully, all trips and meals were well organized. We had surprised everyday!
