Absolutely

For a boat, yes.

100% - they went out of their way to cater to our every wish.
Was the food good and well presented?
The food was absolutely delicious and artfully presented. Every meal AND snack was exceptional.

We couldn't have asked for a better crew - Gary and Sanne were beyond accommodating, and it was clear they put a lot of thought into the itinerary and menu based on our preference form AND were very quick to pick up on any preferences that weren't apparent via the form. We are eternally grateful for them!

Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Yes! Elysium was very clean & comfortable. We all had king sized beds and full showers. Yacht was very clean and had plenty of room to move around and stretch out.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Very
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Tara and Matt are an awesome team. Tara welcomed us with her big smile and warm heart and made us feel very welcomed on board. She kept our tummies full with the most delicious food and accommodated all of our dietary requests. Matt was a wonderful Captain and knew exactly where to take us for kiting, snorkeling or sightseeing. He was always game to take the kids tubing or play a game of cards. We enjoyed every minute of our time with them.
Was the food good and well presented?
Food was 5 out of 5 on taste, variety and presentation. Tara is a wonderful chef and went above and beyond to fill our tummies with the freshest foods and desserts. Every morning we woke to a beautiful breakfast of fruit, bacon & pancakes or croissants and gourmet coffee. Lunch and dinner were always wows….from tuna tartar to lamb to sliders to salads, we enjoyed every meal. lemon tarts to white chocolate mousse, her desserts were over the top.

Best crew in the BVIs period!!!! They love what they do and do everything to make your trip memorable, fun and easy! We miss them already.

the cleaning equipment was limited to bars of soap and 1 small bottle of dish soap. No other countertop cleaning supplied were provided.
Cooking equipment was marginal - only 2 knives; a bread knife and a dull paring knife
Dishes were more than plentiful

With the exception of needing a few more cooking tools the overall experience was excellent

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Yes, they were very helpful and friendly.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
The yacht was very clean. The main issue was the a/c on the port side where we determined that we had to turn the a/c in one unit first for a couple of hours and then we could turn it on in the other unit. If we turned it on in both units at the same time, it would stop working. The batteries on the yacht had to be continuously charged which means they should be replaced.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?

The yacht exceeded our expectations. Very clean, very well appointed, very comfortable!!
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes - No complaints at all
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Our crew, Raph and Anna, were THE BEST!! I felt like they were part of our family. They were professional and attentive, but also fun and interactive. I wanted to bring them home with us!
Was the food good and well presented?
Anna did an AMAZING job!! Every meal was a feast for the eyes and the palate!! The meals on board were as good or better than any meal we ate ashor!

Raph and Anna were better than we hoped. Raph was very attentive to the boat, to our safety, to making sure we had a good time. Anna was a gracious hostess and SO fun!! I highly recommend them!!
