Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Yes. Arrived after hours and our provisions from Riteway were there and in the fridge, freezer or the counter as appropriate.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes, was a little brief with some areas but substantially good.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes, very good.

The generator battery died. They coached us through moving the port engine battery up to the generator to get that going, which we did. They said they would send a guy to Cooper Island the following morning with a replacement. In the morning, they initially wanted us to move the other battery back but I pushed back. The crew was a bit banged up and I did not want to have them spend time doing that. They eventually sent a guy out for the job which still took him a good hour and he had all the tools. Was pleased with the service overall.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes. Grill did not heat up fully but overall everything was great.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Could not open the front windows so there was little ventilation when the generator and AC were not running.
Additional comments about the charter company and yacht you chartered?
Third time with TMM and am a big fan.

We arrived on a Sunday night and there was no one there, but the boat was open for us.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?

As we found out during our first rain, the bimini was leaking which was extremely annoying while sitting in the cockpit.

Yes.

One of the storage compartments below the salon floor was mold infested and hadn't been cleaned.
